Howdy,
You may have noticed that there are some users whose names are colored cyan. This indicates that the user is under18. There are no other affects or restrictions other than a color change in the name.
This is to server the purpose of allowing users to know if they are speaking with someone under18 or 18 and over. There are a lot of adults on this Forum already, but I also know there will be young adults on this board as well.
